Who it’s for: You got an audit or review letter and don’t know what it means.
What you get:

- A list of what they’re asking for

Not included: Talking to the auditor for you, or the full audit. (See Full audit support below.)
How it starts: Email us a copy of the letter, with private details blacked out if you like.
2. Monthly Reporting Check
Who it’s for: You report SPLA each month and want to know if you’re doing it right.
What you get:
- A look at one month of your report
- Spots that look wrong or missing
- Simple steps to fix them
- A call to talk it through
Not included: Sending reports for you, or checking every server you own.
How it starts: Email us and we’ll tell you which files to send.
3. Ongoing SPLA Support
Who it’s for: You want someone to ask when SPLA questions come up.
What you get:

- A heads-up when SPLA rules change
- A set number of calls each month
Not included: Legal advice, or running your licensing for you.
